Responsibilities:

  • Working together with Account Managers to close business.
  • Coordinates/conducts customer visit/demo.
  • Develops and builds on meaningful/mutual-trust relationships with all pertinent people within the account.
  • Makes technical presentations, negotiates product specifications, completes product configurations.
  • Regular customer meeting to understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity, maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers to respond to customer's technical questions and to make sure product related technical details are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A good degree or equivalent level of educational background in the relevant job, majoring in Engineering or Business.
  • At least 5 years experience in providing technical sales solutions and consulting services to customers.
  • A team player with considerably matured professional skills.
  • A good understanding of market status and trend especially in the marine, manufacturing, oil and gas industry.
  • Certified with Safety Officers Accreditation will be an added advantage though not a must.

Responsibilities:

To manage the sales and marketing activities relating to various industry segments in South East Asia. This covers the following activities:


  • Implement an annual sales plan that positions the organisation as a leading safety solution provider in South East Asia, providing year on year profit and performance improvement and which delivers the business volume, gross margin, trading profit and working capital objectives through channels.
  • Conduct market surveys, and research for new products as well as new market sectors, and to be able to formulate marketing plans for the each territory/industry. Implement new product launches and manage technical seminars together with Product Managers.
  • Manage local and overseas channels to ensure timely implementation of sales plan with these accounts.
  • Ensure timely collection of overdue account receivables.

Requirements:

  • Possess a good Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales & marketing of industrial products, preferably with at least 2 years of handling safety related products.
  • Strong distributor management and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and possess a "can do" attitude.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to converse in either Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu.
