In 1999, Hayata introduced their full line of Stainless Steel Cable Ties (including Roller Ball, Ladder, and Releasable Cable Ties both Coated and Non Coated) and Tools to the North American Market. In 2004 they launched their full line of Stainless Steel Banding available in both Coated and Non Coated Stainless Steel. They are now proud to launch their latest product The BT-9000 and The BT-1000B. Both of these tools are rechargeable battery operated tools designed for the operator who demands constant tension on each and every tie as well as a smooth cut off which eliminates sharp edges. These tools allow the worker to roam free to wherever the tool might be required. Hayata's philosophy is to continue to endeavor to launch new products in the future to meet the requirements and needs of our customers. Materials Hayata stainless steel ties are available in Stainless Steel Grade 316/304/201, and 200/300. Stainless steel is ideally suited for hazardous environment such as extreme temperatures, corrosive atmosphere, intense vibrations and nuclear applications. For applications that demand high corrosion resistance, use Stainless Steel Grade 316. Stainless Steel 201 is typically suited for signage banding application. Coated Ties All metal ties are available with NON-TOXIC HALOGEN free polyester coating. Coating provides handling comfort at extreme low temperatures. Coating also improves corrosion resistance, impedes weathering effect and protects the bundle. Fully coated roller ball type (patent pending) is recommended for extreme cold temperatures and offshore applications. It can be effortlessly installed by hand or tool. Coating is available in a wide choice of colors. Quality Hayata offers a range of UL listed and DNV approved cable ties. Hayata stainless steel cable ties have smooth edges and will not damage wires. They can be safely and reliably installed even by hand. Hayata stainless steel cable ties are tested on a split mandrel arrangement to be specified tensile rating.
